What’s the minimum order quantity for custom boxed water?

Our custom program starts at a minimum of 50,000 boxes per design. This ensures production quality, pricing efficiency, and supply chain sustainability. If you're looking for smaller quantities, we offer select stock packaging options — just reach out.

How long does the process take?

From design approval to delivery, the full process takes approximately 90 days. We recommend starting early, especially if you're planning for a large event or campaign launch.

What kind of design files do you need?

At minimum, we need your vector logo file (AI, EPS, or SVG). You're also welcome to upload any brand guidelines, colors, messaging, or design inspiration — we’ll do the rest.

Do I get to approve the design before it’s printed?

Absolutely. Our in-house team will send you a full digital mockup for review and approval. We don’t print anything until you sign off.

Can I see a physical sample before placing a full order?

Because each custom order is unique and high-volume, we provide digital mockups for pre-approval. Physical samples are available only for qualified orders, typically once the initial specs are confirmed.

What sizes or formats of boxed water do you offer?

We currently offer two sizes:

330ml (11.16 fl oz)

500ml (16.9 fl oz)
