Who we are
H4O (Help 4 Others) is more than just a water brand, it’s a symbol of hope, resilience, and community. Born from the devastating impacts of the water contamination at Camp Lejeune, H4O honors the sacrifices of our service members and their families while championing the universal need for clean, safe water. We believe that every drop tells a story, and through our mission, we strive to bring healing, awareness, and action to those who need it most.
What makes H4O truly unique is our personalized touch to monthly cancer awareness campaigns. Each month, we highlight a specific type of cancer to educate, honor lives, and inspire change. Our label designs feature personalized dedications to honor those who have lost their battles or have survived, serving as a touching reminder of the strength and courage within our communities. Our vision is to grow into a household name that stands for progress and unity, creating a ripple effect of compassion and empowerment. Together, we can educate, collaborate, commemorate, and hydrate for the ones we love, across the globe.
We help companies focus on future value with life's most essential resource: water, offered in boxed form.
About Our Founder
I discovered my passion for serving others early on, working my first job at Wendy’s on New River Air Station in Jacksonville, NC. Serving Marines and their families gave me a sense of purpose that has stayed with me throughout my life. While attending East Carolina University, I balanced my education with meaningful roles, including coordinating a school-age childcare program and participating in community-focused entrepreneurial projects. These experiences reinforced my belief in the importance of being a positive role model and serving my community.
After becoming the first college graduate in my family, I pursued a career in healthcare staffing, specializing in radiology. My grandfather’s battle with cancer inspired me to connect underserved communities with the vital healthcare services they need. Later, my own health challenges led me to start juicing as a way to improve my lifestyle, which eventually grew into a business focused on helping others live healthier lives.
That journey ultimately led to the creation of H4O—Help 4 Others, the world’s first cancer awareness water company. Founded in honor of service members and families affected by the Camp Lejeune water contamination, H4O is driven by a mission to educate, collaborate, commemorate, and hydrate. With 25% of our proceeds dedicated to supporting mental health, cancer research, community engagement, medical support, and bringing hope to individuals and families worldwide, one sip at a time, we are making a positive impact.
